These are pictures taken while Mason was Easter egg hunting in our apartment in Fountain Hills 1 year ago. I can see so much more baby in his face in these pictures. I miss that! I love that we can talk to him more and that he's even more fun now, but I still want him to be my baby forever :( Anyways, I can't believe that in 1 year's time we are living in a new apartment (still no house, but that will come in time) and that I have successfully grown a new human! She still has a little less than 6 weeks till my official due date, but she is almost fully cooked.
I am COMPLETELY miserable now. I am switching between not being able to sleep at all, and dealing with the added nausea that comes with taking my prescription sleeping pills. I can't WAIT to be able to sleep properly again. I realize that a newborn won't make that easy, but at least the sleep that I do get will be less of a struggle. That's just one of my issues too. I have the most delightful (heavy sarcasm here) digestive issues and am still nauseous almost all the time. Breathing is also a big struggle. I feel dizzy and out of breath all the time, which is partially because I am anemic. And yes, I am taking special iron supplements and eating as much red meat as I can fit in, but it takes your body months to raise it's iron levels when they're low, so even though I've corrected my diet to raise my iron, it probably won't be where it needs to be until after the baby is born. Grrrrrrrrr!!! Almost there............

It's amazing how much can change in one year! I'm sorry you are so uncomfortable. Good thing our kids are cute! It almost makes it all worth it. ;) Can't wait to see pics of the beautiful Burton baby girl! Love you!
Dawnie!!! You poor thing!! I've been thinking about you so much and wondering how you were feeling. I'm so sorry you feel so horrible!!!!! And yes, you will get better sleep after the baby is out....at least for a little while. And the stay in the hospital is AMAZING!!! They take care of your baby the whole time. I swear I showered and makeuped and straightened my hair every day when I was in the hospital. I'll be praying for you these next few weeks!!!
