My mom's new blog!!!

Hello to all!

I may not have a huge blog following, but for those of you who check my blog out, please get the word out to anyone who is interested in both yummy food and staying healthy at the same time!

My mom is an amazing cook and I'm so proud of her efforts to better the community and our family with healthy and delicious cooking. Her motto is "Get back to the kitchen!!!" since we all eat out too much. It is much much healthier (not necessarily easier, but totally worth it for our health) to eat at home. And eating healthy doesn't have to be yucky! I dare anyone to out-cook my mom's healthy dishes with a less healthy one. There is simply no excuse for not eating healthier when it can be even more delicious to do so!

V3 reunion

The time of year came when my old roomies from BYU come together for a reunion. We didn't have an official one last year but managed a close to official one this year. It would have been perfect if Brooke had been able to come. We missed you so much Brooke!!!

But nonetheless it was awesome. I still can't believe I am so lucky to have such an amazing group of girls that I can forever call my friends. They are all amazingly strong and unique and amaze me with their strengths. Thanks again guys for coming all the way out to Arizona to share my home. True it may be just a small apartment, but it was sort of fitting since we all crammed into a tiny apartment at BYU. Right girls?! Everyone was sooo sweet and considerate and I couldn't have asked for better house guests.
