Ella's First Birthday Party

These are the pictures from Ella Jean's first birthday party! She is beautiful and sweet. We love her so much. She just started walking consistently yesterday just in time for her birthday! She took her first steps a few months ago but hasn't been interested in being out of mommy's arms long enough to truly take to it.

She loved her cake. It took her a few minutes to realize no one was stopping her before she really started to dig in. She thrashed around in the sticky mess for awhile before we finally hosed her and the high chair off. Well, the high chair actually got hosed off. She got a nice warm bath :)

Here are our pictures from Easter. Wynn of course out did himself making amazing eggs. Yes, those are angry bird easter eggs. He's so cool. Mason got a new Nintendo 3DS game (Mariokart 7) and Ella got a pool floaty. Ella's easter dress was pretty much the cutest thing ever!

Maui 2012

Wynn and I were very lucky to get to go on a trip to Maui, HI with my dad and Lisa. We went during a lot of peoples' spring break, so there were a decent amount of people there, but still not crowded. It was amazing, beautiful, relaxing, oh so wonderful. I wish we could go there more often. We didn't do a whole lot other than lay on the beach, read a zillion books (seriously, I polished off about a book a day while there), ate until our hard earned beach physiques no longer looked beach ready, and slept in as late as we wanted. We've been back for a week and I still feel recharged. I have a feeling it will last for awhile  :)  Anyways, here are the pictures.
