I can't put my arms down!!!

So it has been VERY snowy lately and the other night it snowed all night but the following morning was a beautiful blue sunny sky. So I decided to take Mason out for his first ever play in the fresh fallen snow. Welllllllll, my sister in law April gave us a snow suit last year that she had used for her kids when they were little, and it is barely big enough for Mason but I didn't have anything better for playing in the snow. So I got him all dressed up in his snow suit and snow boots. Needless to say (from the pictures at the very bottom) he was NOT happy about the outfit. Once we got outside in the snow he had an okay time, but getting ready for it was not his idea of fun. All I could think of when I was getting him dressed was the quote from the Christmas Story "I can't put my arms down!" Classic...
There are also some pictures I thought were funny of Mason hijacking the camera and taking pictures of himself and me. And finally there are a couple pictures of Wynn and I at his company Christmas party. It was at Spencer's (a super fancy steakhouse in Salt Lake) and was amazing. I am really hard to please in the steak department since I recently discovered my love for a good steak from Ruth's Chris steakhouse or Flemings. This measured right up there with those and was awesome. We had a great time talking with Wynn's co-workers and having some couple time without our cute little Mas-o.

Since we are going to Arizona tomorrow for the better part of two weeks, I probably won't blog for awhile, but check back up again in January for pictures from what I'm sure will be a wonderful trip to visit my family. Peace!

Finally pictures of the tree (and crazy Mas-o stuff)

Well, here are the pictures I have been talking about so much. I love love love my tree and am so proud. I got all of the ornaments (and the tree) for really cheap. I finally want to re-use these ornaments. Before I just kept wanting to buy new ones but I finally found ones I like. BethAnn came over that night and helped us decorate. We put on Christmas music and had an official tree decorating party. Mason loves her so much!

Lately Mason has been laying down in the most random places. This location (next to our oven) is actually pretty normal compared to his latest places. I was holding his hand walking to our car in the parking lot today and he plopped down mid-step and laid down on the asphalt. He also lays down in grocery stores restaurants and pretty much anywhere else that is inappropriate

He was watching a movie with one leg up on the couch yesterday and I thought it was funny. So I snuck up behind him and took a picture of it (left). Then I got his attention right before I snapped the second picture (below). The result was this weird sexy pose :)

He fell asleep in the car with his "Bok" in his mouth. When he's really tired, he puts as much of it as he can fit into his mouth. Needless to say, I wash his Boks often

Sorry for the delay...

Hey blog readers. Not that anyone is holding their breath or anything (I shouldn't flatter myself) until I update the blog, but I just want to say sorry for not posting the Christmas tree pictures yet. I got food poisoning from eating at Rumbi on Monday. I tossed and turned until about 4am when I finally ran to the bathroom and emptied the contents of my stomach. I HATE throwing up. It hurts and is yucky and just plain sucks. So I couldn't sleep at all that night since I was still in so much pain. Grrr. Stupid Rumbi. The funniest thing was that I called Wynn tonight and he told me he was grabbing dinner. I asked him where and he said that he didn't want to say. Yep, you guessed it. He was getting Rumbi. I told him it was a bad idea, but apparently he really wanted it. I hope he doesn't suffer my same fate tonight! So I have been pretty much miserable and in extreme pain. I finally resorted to taking some leftover loritab that we have. MUCH better ;) Well, it still sucks, but it's a lot better than without it. So I will post the pictures of the tree soon. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy my little pity party I'm throwing myself.
